About Us

The Confident English Teacher website is run by individuals working under the INVEST team, located in Northern Thailand. INVEST is an acronym that stands for IGo Network of Volunteer Educators Serving Thailand. We are a group of English teachers brought together through a common purpose: the desire to use the English language as a means of serving others and bringing glory to God.

As English teachers, we understand the difficulty in finding worksheets and other teaching materials that are both interesting and effective, as well as not infringing on any copyright laws. Many of us have developed our own worksheets that we use in the classroom for personal use, but lack a sharing platform. In discussing these problems, we finally came up with the idea of developing a website to share ideas, not only among ourselves but for other Christian teachers spread across the globe.

This website is dedicated to bringing you both worksheets, flashcards and other teaching materials. We also put out occasional blog posts that give inspiration, tips for English teaching, and more. Some materials are free, while others are available for purchase at an affordable price.
